After booking your package, you’ll be able to choose a convenient delivery time with a scheduled 1-hour arrival window based on availability. Smart Tote Rentals makes moving in Temple, Belton, Killeen, Salado, and surrounding Central Texas areas simple and stress-free. You’ll receive email and text reminders for your delivery and pickup, plus updates when it’s time to schedule your time slot. We may also text you when we’re on the way so you know exactly when to expect your reusable moving boxes and supplies.

How Delivery Works

Within 3–7 days of your rental, you’ll be able to schedule your moving tote delivery time. To reserve your delivery window, simply visit THIS PAGE to complete your refundable damage deposit pre-authorization.

Once submitted, you’ll be automatically redirected to our scheduling page where you can choose from all available delivery times and select the option that works best for your move.

Click HERE to pay your damage deposit so that you can then book your desired delivery time slot from our online calendar.

2️⃣ Get Reminders + Prepare

We will send both email and text reminders along with a simple button to reschedule if the time no longer works.

3️⃣ We deliver your order

Smart Tote Rentals offers simple, transparent delivery pricing for our reusable moving boxes and tote rentals throughout Central Texas. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Temple, TX, our hub, ensuring fair and consistent pricing for every customer.

FREE Delivery Areas

We proudly offer FREE delivery and pickup within Temple and nearby communities, including Temple, Belton, Heidenheimer, Little River-Academy, Troy, Salado, Pendleton, Morgan’s Point Resort, and Rogers.

$25 Delivery Areas

A small delivery fee of $25 applies to nearby Central Texas cities such as Holland, Killeen, Harker Heights, Moody, Nolanville, Bartlett, and Buckholts.

$50 Delivery Areas

Extended delivery areas include a $50 fee for locations such as Jarrell, Cameron, Copperas Cove, Florence, Rockdale, McGregor, Leon Junction

Delivery Times

To make scheduling easy and convenient for customers, Smart Tote Rentals offers flexible delivery and pickup time windows throughout the week. Our goal is to provide reliable, on-time service while ensuring routes are efficient and predictable. Customers can select from available 1-hour delivery and pickup windows when booking, making it simple to plan their move around their schedule.

Our standard service hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These timeframes help us maintain dependable same-day routing while avoiding early morning or late evening disruptions. By keeping our delivery hours consistent, we’re able to provide fast, organized service across Temple, Belton, Killeen, Salado, and surrounding Central Texas communities.
